Frozen yogurt may been the most refreshing desert, snack, any time of the day treat. But there can be a lot of added sugars and those can creep up on you if you aren't paying attention!
Recently I decided to make my own Greek Fro-Yo and might I say, it is perfect.
This only took about 5 minutes total. 5 minutes 20 seconds if you count getting the items you need out of the freezer and refrigerator.
2 - 2 1/2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 TBSP vanilla extract
1-2 TBSP honey (for taste)
2-3 cups frozen berries
1. Put yogurt in food processor.
2. Place frozen berries in food processor.
3. Blend, blend, blend! Once smooth and fro-yo like it's ready!
4. Pour into container and place in freezer for about 30 minutes to let harden and become scoopable.
It's that simple and so, so easy!
Top with anything and everything! I topped mine with Dark Chocolate Chips and Coconut Chip Flakes!
